  • We are seeking a skilled Focal Desk Officer to join our team.

  • The Focal Desk Officer at serves as the central point of contact for administrative and operational activities within the college.

  • This role involves coordinating academic programs, managing student records, and facilitating effective communication between faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.

  • The Focal Desk Officer ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, supports quality assurance processes, and provides essential administrative support to enhance the overall functioning of the nursing college.

  • This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to the college’s goals and values.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes.

  • Participate in audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Acting as the primary contact point for the project or program.

  • Coordinating and managing program activities.

  • Facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the program.

  • Preparing reports and documentation related to the program.

  • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions.


Requirements:



  • A bachelor of Nursing Science and any relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or any other related discipline.

  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications can be an added advantage.


Experience:



  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in an educational or healthcare institution, preferably in an administrative or coordination role.

  • Experience in nursing education or healthcare management is an advantage.


Skills and Competencies:



  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
