Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum and Instruction:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Agricultural science curriculum.


• Conduct classes using both the British and Nigeria blended topics.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.

Student Engagement:

• Encourage active participation in the class.


• Organize and oversee extracurricular activities in the subject area.


• Promote teamwork and collaboration among peers.


• Teach and train students for both internal and external examination.


• Address health-related issues within the school community.

Safety and Supervision:

• Ensure student safety during physical activities.


• Maintain and inspect school equipment and facilities for safety.

Collaboration:

• Work with other teachers and staff to support student learning.


• Participate in school meetings and parent-teacher conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural science or related field.


• Recognized Teaching certification or licensure in Agric science education.


• Previous experience teaching Agricultural science at secondary school level.


• Teaching and Training for internal, external examination and relevant competition.


• Strong knowledge of Agricultural science practical and principles. 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
