Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the school to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain school supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Ensure that school equipment are properly maintained and serviced
- Smooth running of the school's transport system.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain and organize records, files and databases, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and leave management.
Collaboration:
- Work with other teachers and staff to support pupil learning.
- Participate in school meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office )
- Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator or similar role.
- Strong work ethics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
