Job Overview:



The Legal Manager will play a crucial role in our legal team, overseeing the review and drafting of commercial contracts, including but not limited to SLAs with banks, switches, micro-finance banks, OFIs, etc. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the banking or fin-tech industry, particularly in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.



Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law. A Master’s degree in Business & Commercial Law and other relevant certifications will be advantageous.


• At least ten (10) years of experience, with at least 3 years in a legal managerial role in the banking and fin-tech industry, particularly in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.


• Core experience in reviewing and drafting SLAs with banks, switches, micro-finance banks, OFIs, etc.


• Strong understanding of commercial, corporate and financial laws.


• Core experience in corporate governance practices.


• Sound knowledge of commercial, corporate and financial laws.


• Excellence in negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to risk assessment and management.


• Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office Suite.
