Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Executive with experience in tele sales to join our team.
- This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, efficient front desk management, and proactive tele sales abilities.
- The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, while also contributing to sales targets through effective tele sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Monitor and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Tele Sales Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products/services.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Update customer records in the CRM system and ensure all communications are logged accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
- Experience in tele sales or a related sales role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bsc / HND in any field.
- Must have completed her NYSC.
- Female Candidates only.
Working Conditions:
- Monday - Saturday (8am-6pm) For Saturday, it is one Saturday on, one off.
Compensation
- Gross Salary: N180,000 momthly.
- HMO / Pension / Leave Days and Allowance Provided.
