Job Description

What we’re looking for:

• We are looking for a young individual (preferably a female who stays inthe Lagos Island metropolis) talented in online marketing and sales, interested in working in our real estate division.


• You must also possess good customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Digital content creation (pictures and video)


• Online and offline lead generation in real estate


• Marketing and sales administrative and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.


• Digital marketing and social media content creation skills.


• Good customer relationship skills.


• Ability to work with limited supervision.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Impeccable negotiation and conflict resolution ability.

KPI:

• Daily digital content campaigns.


• 80% sales delivery for real estate products.


• 95% customer relationship review.
