Requirements



  • B.Sc. / HND in a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of proven customer support experience, ideally in fintech or financial institutions.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Track record of over-achieving quotas.

  • Experience in contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
