Responsibilities

• Support the Class Teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons


• Assist with classroom management and organization


• Help with learners assessments and record-keeping


• Lead small groups or whole-class activities under the teacher's supervision


• Prepare and distribute learning materials and resources


• Maintain a safe and tidy classroom environment


• Supervise learners during breaks, lunch, or outdoor activities


• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions


• Assist with school events, outings, and extracurricular activities


• Follow school policies and procedures.
