Client Greeting: 



  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival. Provide them with information about the salon's services, products, and promotions.


Appointment Scheduling: 



  • Manage and coordinate appointment bookings using salon scheduling software.

  • Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed while optimizing the salon’s schedule.


Phone and Email Management: 



  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing accurate information and assisting with appointment scheduling or general inquiries.


Check-In and Check-Out: 



  • Handle check-ins and check-outs for clients, process payments, and manage billing transactions accurately.

  • Address any billing questions or concerns.


Client Records:



  •  Maintain and update client records, including contact information, service history, and preferences.

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in record-keeping


Qualification:



  • OND/HND in Business Administration or any related course

  • At least one year previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

  • Experience in a beauty or salon environment is a plus.
