Client Greeting:
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival. Provide them with information about the salon's services, products, and promotions.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage and coordinate appointment bookings using salon scheduling software.
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed while optimizing the salon’s schedule.
Phone and Email Management:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing accurate information and assisting with appointment scheduling or general inquiries.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Handle check-ins and check-outs for clients, process payments, and manage billing transactions accurately.
- Address any billing questions or concerns.
Client Records:
- Maintain and update client records, including contact information, service history, and preferences.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in record-keeping
Qualification:
- OND/HND in Business Administration or any related course
- At least one year previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Experience in a beauty or salon environment is a plus.
