Provide direct assistance to the Business Manager in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and decision-making processes.
Act as a point of contact and liaison between the ED and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items.
Assist in preparing/notifying the ED for meetings, presentations, and conferences by gathering relevant information, conducting research, and creating briefing materials.
Maintain and coordinate the Executive Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, prioritizing meetings, and managing conflicting demands to optimize their time efficiency.
Support the ED in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Assist in managing projects and initiatives assigned by the Executive Director, ensuring timely completion, adherence to objectives, and effective allocation of resources.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to the ED and relevant stakeholders.
Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the ED, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, especially regarding matters impacting the organization's operations and strategic plans.
Serve as a representative of the ED, responding to inquiries, escalating issues as needed, and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2years of work experience in a similar role, preferably supporting executive-level management.
Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Advanced proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, calendar management software, etc.).
