Our client, a renowned restaurant in Abuja, known for its exceptional culinary offerings and outstanding customer service, is opening a new outlet in Nyanya, Abuja, and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team.


The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage and motivate staff to ensure the highest level of service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained.

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and provide feedback.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Must hold a BA/B.Sc/HND
