Job Responsibilities



  • To achieve and exceed set sales target.

  • Ensure stock re-order levels are maintained at the store.

  • Package, label and dispatch customer orders for a damage free delivery.

  • Provide update to customers on orders dispatched.

  • Respond to customers enquiries and resolve complaints

  • Maintain clean and dust free products and environment.

  • Promote sales through customer visitation and offline channels.

  • Collect and share customer feedback with Sales Manager.

  • Work to actualize and supersede weekly sales target.

  • Ensure the security and safety of self, stock business premises and Asset all-time.

  • Render timely daily and weekly reports.

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to promote business.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.

  • Build and maintain strong long lasting customer relationships.

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales manager.

  • Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customer's.

  • Willingness to participate in in-house training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer experience


Requirements



  • Minimum of Diploma in Accounting , Statistics or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in related field.

  • Must be very comfortable with cold call.

  • Must be an active listener

  • Strong communication skills

  • Verbal and written negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in applicable software and tools.
