Job Details

• The NACE Coating Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the coating application and surface preparation are compliant with project requirements and industry standards.


• Their day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to, visual inspections of coatings, assessing and monitoring environmental conditions, and reviewing and interpreting surface preparation and coating product data sheets.

Qualifications

• MUST have rope access certification Lv1 or 2


• NACE Level 2 Certification


• At least 5 years of experience as a Coating or Surface Preparation Inspector


• Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and codes such as NACE, SSPC, ASTM, and ISO


• Capable of carrying out visual assessments and familiar with the use of surface preparation and coating product data sheets


• Strong documentation and report writing skills
