Position Summary:

• We’re seeking a dynamic Lead Operations Engineer to support our operations team by managing project planning, coordination, and quality control.


• You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet time, cost, and performance objectives, while also supporting tender and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present project status reports and updates.


• Define scope, budget, and schedule for project execution.


• Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and procedure writing.


• Manage RFQs, TBE documents, and vendor offers.


• Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on schedule.


• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering.


• Minimum 4 years of experience in field and project planning within the rotating equipment industry.


• Strong technical knowledge, process improvement skills, and Engineering Drawing/BOM interpretation.


• Excellent technical communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
