Overview



  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the assigned region tachieve business goals and maximize sales growth.

  • The RSM will be responsible for supervising a team of sales representatives, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

What it takes to succeed


Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Medical Sciences, or a related field. 


Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team.

  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

  • Sales Pipeline Management


Skills:



  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability tanalyze data and market trends.

  • Process oriented

  • Ability torganize and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
