  • Responsible for preparing and baking high-quality bread, pastries, and other baked goods for our restaurant.


Responsibilities



  • Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of baked goods.

  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.

  • Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.

  • Clean and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and utensils.

  • Report any equipment issues to the BM/Supervisor.


Requirements



  • 2 - 3 years of experience in baking, preferably in a fast restaurant environment.

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
