Job Description



  • Manage all clients of team members for superior customer satisfaction without escalation to the office.

  • Management of team relationships for effective teamwork.

  • Develop and support team members through weekly joint visitations and prospecting and ensure timely submission of visit reports

  • Proper coordination of team members’ activities for sales results and teamwork

  • Ensure a minimum of 10 agents is raised in a week 5 active agents are maintained per week and 20 in a month by each team member

  • Achieve product awareness increase by ensuring each team member takes at least a minimum of 5 prospects to the site every week

  • Maintain a reference document of the team's daily, weekly, and monthly sales inflow, customers’ complaints and resolution, escalation, etc.

  • Timely collation of the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission within the stipulated time frame.

  • Periodic analyses of individual team performance to plan poor performance exit and need to ensure a complete team and agents per time

  • Achieve weekly department training for all and ensure minimum 90% of staff participation and attendance in the company-wide development plan.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 4 -10 years relevant work experience.
