Job Description
Our client, a real estate company requires the service of a client sourcing specialist who will support the company's marketing team to indulge in both traditional and digital advertising and promotional initiatives to meet a sales quota
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales through advertising campaigns, open house events, and engagement with multiple listing services.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for their evaluation.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings for potential buyers.’
- Serve as a mediator in negotiations between buyers and sellers, typically representing one party.
- Address client inquiries related to construction, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Evaluate the condition of properties and arrange for necessary maintenance or inform owners of required repairs.
- Accompany buyers during property visits and inspections, providing insights on the suitability and value of the homes.
- Compile lists of properties that align with buyers' needs and financial capabilities.
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications/Requirement
- OND/NCE/HND/BSc in marketing or any relevant field
- Minimum of 1 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in client sourcing, engagement, and conversion within the real estate, architecture, design, or construction sectors is preferred.
- A target-driven and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to foster relationships within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Demonstrable grasp of Real Estate Development and Property Management
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
- Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive-level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and Word.

NET SALARY RANGE - N70,000 - N80,000, Plus % incentive per client conversion
