About the job

• Receipt and verification of supplier’s Air waybills and invoices;


• Ensure the preparation and vetting of daily withdrawal requisition;


• Posting of daily stock transactions into the in-house software application;


• Coordinating the generation of stock transaction report;


• Maintain records of stock transaction movement from stores to user departments;


• Maintain optimum stock positions and re-order levels for all inventories;


• Provide stock report as requested by airline and other regulatory bodies within set frequencies;


• Minimum 3 years’ experience in multiple inventory management.


• Bachelor’s degree, HND or equivalent knowledge.


• Information technology savvy - Excel Application skills


• Knowledge of global standard, practice and procedure in store management
