Job Summary



  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR / Administrative Manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and office administration.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

  • Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances

  • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management

  • Coordinate training and development programs

  • Oversee office administration, including facilities and supplies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5years of experience in HR and administration

  • Proven track record of success in HR management

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
