Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee document control processes, including document creation, revision, distribution, and archival.


• Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.


• Maintain and update document management systems and databases.


• Track and control the flow of documents between departments and stakeholders.


• Implement and enforce document control procedures and best practices.


• Provide support for document retrieval and ensure timely response to requests for documentation.


• Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.


• Assist in the development and maintenance of document control procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Library Science, or a related field.


• Basic understanding of document management systems and processes.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
