Assist in the administration of HR programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, including training and development programs, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
