To supervise the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process for local hires using cost-effective sourcing methods and best practice recruitment methodology. Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
To own and drive the company competence management system, and all learning and development aspects of the people strategy.
Act as the key point of contact with all departments and project managers to drive corporate alignment of L&D activities.
Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
Be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the annual employee performance appraisal exercise.
Assist the HR Manager with supervising the routine functions of the HR team.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
HND / B-Degree HR / Business Administration or Similar, CIPM / HRCI / SHRM / CIPD.
Experience:
9-10 Years postgraduate experience in a Human Resources generalist position.
Construction-related experience will be considered an advantage.

Should be able to lead collaboration with other HR staff to design, develop, and improve HR processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
