Job Summary

• Are you a seasoned Pharmacy Leader with a passion for excellence and a proven track record in retail pharmacy management? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Pharmacy to lead our branches in Festac, Victoria Island, and Lekki. If you are 35 years or older with at least 10 years of leadership experience in a retail pharmacy setting, we want you to drive our operational success and elevate our customer service to new heights.

Job Functions

• Provide visionary leadership to pharmacy teams across multiple branches, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and SOPs.


• Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care, resolving complaints and enhancing customer experience.


• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, conducting performance evaluations and supporting professional growth.


• Optimize inventory, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability and efficiency.


• Maintain high standards of quality assurance through regular audits and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.


• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting pharmacy operations.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position with flexibility to move between Festac, Victoria Island, and Lekki branches as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD).


• Valid pharmacist license in good standing.


• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a retail pharmacy setting.


• Proven success in managing teams and driving operational excellence.


• Strong understanding of retail pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
