Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field


• MBA in Human Resources Management


• Professional Certification e.g CIPD, CIPM, SPHR or SHRM (Active membership)


• It is expected that the suitable candidate would have knowledge in various HR functions.


• Required Years of Experience: 10 – 15 Years


• Preferred Sector: Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Minning.
