Job Description

Market Research and Analysis:



  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Analyze market data to inform product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.


Customer Engagement:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective key customers and stakeholders.

  • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote products and engage with potential customers.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:



  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales campaign results.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales campaign performance, and ROI for management review.


Brand Management:



  • Ensure that all marketing activities align with the brand guidelines and enhance brand reputation.

  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.


Requirements



  • Minimum OND in ICT and Marketing

  • Good background in direct sales is an added advantage

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software product marketing or related fields

  • Experience in the tech industry or with previous employers in related fields preferred.


Skills:



  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.


Salary and Benefits



  • Base Salary: Salary: N220,000 Gross Monthly.

  • Performance Bonus: Based on product sales

  • Other Benefits: Health insurance, paid leave, pension.
