Position Overview



  • We are looking for a versatile and highly organised HR Manager who will be responsible for managing all HR functions while also serving as the Executive Assistant to our Managing Partner(MP).

  • This dual role requires a proactive individual who can handle a wide range of HR tasks and provide high-level administrative support to the MP.


Key Responsibilities

HR Management:



  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company goals and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Administer payroll, compensation and benefits.

  • Maintain accurate HR records.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve our HR practices continuously.


Executive Assistance:



  • Provide administrative support, manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence.

  • Coordinate company events, and make travel arrangements for the MP.

  • Prepare reports and act as a liaison between the MP and internal or external stakeholders,

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.

  • Experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable administrative position, is essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
