Position Overview
- We are looking for a versatile and highly organised HR Manager who will be responsible for managing all HR functions while also serving as the Executive Assistant to our Managing Partner(MP).
- This dual role requires a proactive individual who can handle a wide range of HR tasks and provide high-level administrative support to the MP.
Key Responsibilities
HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company goals and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations.
- Administer payroll, compensation and benefits.
- Maintain accurate HR records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve our HR practices continuously.
Executive Assistance:
- Provide administrative support, manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Coordinate company events, and make travel arrangements for the MP.
- Prepare reports and act as a liaison between the MP and internal or external stakeholders,
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable administrative position, is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
