 Vesti, a leading migration fintech company, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Associate to join our growing Partnerships & Communications team. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving strategic partnerships that support Vesti's expansion and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to cultivate relationships with prospective partners.


• Manage the partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to negotiation, contract finalization, and ongoing relationship management.


• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless partner integration and campaign execution.


• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and maximizing value creation.


• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate partnership progress and impact.


• Assist with administrative tasks related to partnership management.

Requirement: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in partnership development or related roles.


• Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
