Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers


• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store


• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations to customers as needed


• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns


• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and stockroom organization


• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and store objectives


• Stay up-to-date on product launches, promotions, and company initiatives

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience (preferred)


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines


• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling


• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


• High school diploma or equivalent required.
