Job Description
The role is responsible for designing and implementing viable strategic plans and initiatives to drive and improve operational development. Also, coordinates and oversees all installations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage field operations team to ensure optimum prioritization of clients’ deliverables on time and in full.
- Examine all work plans, and specification orders prior to dispatch and installation to ensure accuracy and clarity of instructions.
- Regular on-site inspection for proper execution of installations and overall field
logistics coordination.
- Monitor the strict adherence to standards of professional conduct, HSE policies and highest level of customer service of field crew members.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to be available to the installation team at any time when active installations occur.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Utilize market knowledge and identify current trends to advise top management on organizational growth strategies.
- Provide strategic leadership, technical and operational coaching and next-level
support to field staff.
- Ensure proper documentation of all relevant financial and construction information for reference and report purposes.
- Professionally address and resolve all issues concerning field operations.
- Assign tasks to technical staff and ensure they adhere to quality specifications
and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a similar role.
- Project management experience in cabinetry/joinery/construction.
- Ability to manage materials.
- Strong budgeting and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel for projects when required.
