Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plan.


• Deliver lessons effectively, employing diverse teaching methods tailored to the content.


• Encourage students to think critically and enhance their cognitive skills.


• Provide instruction on the structure and content of the subject matter.


• Facilitate students' critical thinking and mental development.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing students for examinations such as IGCSE, Checkpoint, WAEC,etc. (Optional).


• Bachelor of Education (BEd) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in a relevant field, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).


• Possession of a TRCN Certificate is an added advantage.


• A passion for teaching and working with students, demonstrating high levels of commitment and integrity.


• Proficiency in computer literacy, including the use of virtual classroom applications, Google for Education, Microsoft Office, and integrating technology into teaching.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Demonstrated adaptability to 21st-century learning skills.


• Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
