The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in auditing, accounting and financial reporting and have a strong track record of delivering high quality audit services.
This role requires an individual who is detail oriented, analytical, and has excellent communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the organization's goals.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Presents financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Related Field.
- Expertise and specialist in the chosen role of application
- ACCA, ICAN or related Accounting certified
- Minimum 10 years of active Finance and Accounts practice from other reputable companies
- Candidates need to be able to demonstrate managing a successful Finance Team
- Must have leadership and strategic skills
- Must have managed budgets and strong financial books
