Job Description

• Check and verify all necessary valves, panels, air requirements before and after startups


• Start up, monitoring, and adjusting oven temperature and time controls.


• Examine the products during and after baking to ensure product quality


• Strict adherence to health and safety procedures at all times.


• Compliance with good house keep practice.


• Ensure smooth line clearance at the earliest possible time without posing a serios downtime.


• Perform diligently assigned task by the supervisors or engineers


• Ensure machine runs smoothly with minimal or zero waste


• Train, Coordinates and direct assistant operators, sorters and Mixers


• Ensure good machine upkeep of the entire line which include dough lifter, sport car, moulds, stainless trolley, belts among others.


• Reporting any equipment malfunction or anomaly beyond your control to the supervisors/ engineers for speedy resolution and minimal downtime.


• Sustaining ongoing communication with supervisors or engineers to solve problems/ issues efficiently.


• Partake in maintenance schedule of the entire line with engineers and technicians


• Other duties assigned by the supervisors, engineers and other operation heads.


• Performs minor documentations, not limited to gas/diesel usage, hourly production output, total dough output, among others.
