Key Responsibilities



  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies.


Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
