Key Responsibilities



  • Operational Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business unit, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals, drive growth, and enhance profitability.

  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure financial targets are met. Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their professional goals.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive business expansion.

  • Project Management: Oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.


Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business management or a related role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in financial management and strategic planning.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of business operations, market trends, and industry best practices.
