Key Responsibilities



  • Promote and sell the company’s health insurance plans to potential clients.

  • Ensure policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and completion of appropriate forms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.

  • Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking for new customers and generating lists of prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies.

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients.


Requirements



  • HND or B.Sc in a related field.

  • One year of related work experience.

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends is an advantage.
