• We are seeking a Product Manager to optimize our product development process and enhance our customer support experience.


• This role involves facilitating agile methodologies, managing task workflows, and coordinating with the customer support team to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Process Facilitation:

• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).


• Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices.


• Identify and implement process improvements.

Task Management:

• Manage the task management tool (Linear) to optimize workflow.


• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.


• Provide visibility into project status.

Technical Support Coordination:

• Collaborate with the customer support team to understand technical issues.


• Prioritize and escalate technical issues to the engineering team.


• Track issue resolution and identify patterns for improvement.

Content Creation:

• Develop and maintain FAQs, user guides, and demo videos.


• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.

Customer Feedback:

• Monitor customer feedback through NPS and CSAT surveys.


• Analyze customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field


• Certified Scrum Master with experience


• 2+ years of experience in product management.


• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.


• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.


• Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.


• Passion for user experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
