Job Overview



  • The Fulfillment Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all deliveries are properly made with all necessary documentation signed at the client's end, facilitating efficient and smooth payment processing from the clients.


Job Functions



  • Manage the (entire) fulfillment process from delivery to receipt of payment

  • Monitoring and tracking of local shipments to ensure on-time and error-free documentation delivery.

  • Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners in retrieving confirmed source documents from the clients not later than 2 days for Lagos and 5 days for outstation deliveries.

  • Implement and maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures for timely cash recovery.

  • Maintenance and Archiving of Source Documents (Delivery Waybills and Invoices) File in Periodic Order.

  • Database Management of client’s respective contact details in store and finance dept.

  • Updating the accurate status of invoices on the corresponding file (GRN and Payment Status)

  • Analyze and report on fulfillment performance metrics (Default analysis Ratio and Causes)

  • Ensure compliance with all (relevant) operational framework from other related units.

  • Collaborate with the customer service (Sales Dept and Supply Chain Unit) team to address customer concerns on deliveries.

  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to outstation deliveries

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings on visitations and recovery drive.

  • Create and maintain a finance client’s database.

  • Maintaining a comprehensive and continuously updated live document of the end-to-end fulfillment operations monitoring sheet.

  • Preparation of Weekly call and visitation plan for deliveries, documents verification & resolutions, and cash recovery for the fulfillment unit.

  • Monitoring and tracking of local shipments to ensure on-time and error-free documentation delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions delivered and documentation status with clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners in retrieving confirmed source documents by the clients.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong customer relationship management skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering value to clients and exceeding their expectations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
