We are searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Officer to join our team. As a Housekeeping Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations.
- Assigning tasks to housekeeping staff and ensuring timely completion.
- Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Training new housekeeping staff on company policies and procedures.
- Handling guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
