Job Responsibilities

• Establish the company's human operation management system, have experience in establishing the company's systems and processes and successfully executing them


• Strong recruitment ability, timely recruiting suitable sales personnel according to business needs


• Have experience in performance management, manage employee performance output, and eliminate personnel whose performance does not meet standards


• Analyze labor costs based on sales targets and have ROI sense


• Share knowledge among employees within the organization and improve employee capabilities


• Organize cultural building activities and motivate employees.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Nigerian labor laws and have experience in handling employee complaints


• More than 5 years of HR experience, more than 2 years of management experience


• Have working experience in foreign companies, preferably Chinese companies


• Sales industry experience, preferably mobile phone industry experience


• Proficient in office software, especially excel


• Be upright and courageous.
