Relationship Management: Manage all clients effectively without escalations and provide adequate support to team success
Call Plan: Maintain a daily call plan log and submit it within the stipulated time frame
Agent Management: Raise a minimum of 10 agents in a week and ensure 5 active agents are maintained in a week and 20 per month
Reporting: Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly activity report to Team Lead
Client Visitation/ Prospecting: Provide Team Leads with stipulated number of clients with details for visitation on a weekly basis
Product Awareness: Increase product awareness by taking at least minimum of 5 prospects to site weekly
Compliance: Timely and regular attendance at sales meetings, inspections and compliance with sales rules and regulations
Record/ Documentation: Maintain a reference document of client database, transactions, complaints, and project updates
Staff Development through book review & training: Achieve 90% staff participation and attendance in company-wide development program (book review, department training, etc.) .
