Position Overview

• As a Project/Facility Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of oil and gas facilities.


• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent project management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, construction, and operations, to develop and optimize facility designs.


• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations for new and ongoing projects.


• Oversee the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.


• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.


• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Perform regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.


• Provide technical support and guidance during the commissioning and startup phases of projects.


• Prepare and present reports on project performance, budgets, and schedules to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or a related field).


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or facility engineering within the oil and gas industry.


• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.


• Proficiency in project management tools and software.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
