Our client, a leading all-in-one fraud and compliance platform for financial institutions and fintech, is looking to hire a B2B Sales Lead with extensive experience in selling compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory solutions to fintech, microfinance banks, and other financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the financial sector’s compliance needs in the African market.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the target market.

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their specific compliance and regulatory needs, and positioning our platform as the ideal solution.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the fintech and financial services industries.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and market demands.

  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure our platform remains at the forefront of compliance technology.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in B2B compliance/regulatory, or other cloud/SaaS solutions for the financial services industry

  • Demonstrated track record and ability to find, manage, and close new business within a corporate, SaaS, B2B sales environment.

  • Proven success in selling B2B SaaS solutions to fintech, microfinance banks, and related financial institutions, particularly in the African market.

  • Strong understanding of AML regulations, fraud prevention, and the compliance landscape within the financial sector.

  • Experience in AML/Compliance/PEP-Sanctions/Transaction Monitoring sales is preferable but not essential
