Job Description: 

• Assist in defining the company's financial management framework/ policies and performance management guidelines.


• Assist the Finance Manager in managing the reporting of financial performance for the company.


• Support the Finance Manager in building relationships with key stakeholders, Banks, institutions and the investment community.


• Advise EXCO on stakeholder relationship management and trends, issues and challenges.


• Establish investor relations strategy and set overall direction for the company.


• Provide a credible point of contact for the global investment community, representing the company.


• Assist the Finance Manager in collaborating with Marketing Strategy functions to analyze financial models, assess financial reports and market opinion, monitor competitors and contribute to the formulation of responses.


• Assist the Finance Manager in providing leadership and supervision of the Finance Dept. to ensure that set goals and objectives are achieved.


• Perform other functions as assigned by the Finance Manager.
