Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all company facilities.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of space and resources within the premises.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumping, furniture maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
