Provide Dedicated Guidance And Coaching To Line Managers And Employees Within The Greenville LNG Plant Team, As Well As Supporting Local Initiatives Within The Organizations
- Partner with function heads and their staff to provide strategic HR partnerships to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable the team and company’s objectives.
- Strategically partner with Leadership teams to design and implement the most effective organizational structures to drive horizontal teaming, compliance & safety culture to support business growth, simplification, and maximize team performance
- Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills
- Provide strategic coaching as it pertains to succession planning, career path development, and performance management
- Embrace and actively engage the operating model, looking for more efficient ways to operate.
- Drive efficiency and consistency across all units within the team to improve the culture and employee engagement.
- Lead and coach site leadership on HR processes including: Employee advocacy/engagement, Employee relations management, Performance management, Career development, Talent assessment, acquisition, and retention, and Workplace investigations as appropriate.
- Partner with other HR team members to execute GV and site-specific HR strategies.
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct investigations including gathering, preserving, documenting and analyzing all available information and evidence, and in some circumstances, making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
- Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like Performance Management, People Review, Salary Planning, and New Employee Orientation.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
- People Leadership of an on-site HR Generalist including priority setting, talent development, and management
- Lead other team-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- An MBA or a master’s degree in human resources or social sciences will be an added advantage.
- 10 years of work experience with 8 years in HR Generalist roles across various areas applicable to Greenville's industry needs.
- 5 years in HR senior management with broad generalist experience suitable for leading HR functions within a dynamic environment like that of Greenville.
- Professional certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) is a plus in-depth understanding of HR best practices and policies.
- Ability to think strategically and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering excellent HR services to line managers and employees.
