Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will execute the organization's sales and business development strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company.
- Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
- Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
- Manage new business opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication between our company and clients.
- Work in close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
- Provide support to customers during the initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
- Adhere to all Sales, Human Resources, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
- Help manage the cost and profitability of assigned, ongoing and future projects.
- Responsible for managing the entire acquisitions for Build Operator Lease (BOL) /Collo sites across the region.
- Liaison with the commercial team and project team for B2S / IBS projects.
- Ensure that the set targets are achieved within the defined timelines and periodical review.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction for all services.
- Develop market intelligence, report the same to the management team and define strategy to meet the challenges.
- Provide technical and economical solutions for all existing / potential customer queries
- Ensure Legal compliances
- Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
Educational Qualifications
- A BSC / B.Eng degree in Engineering, Social sciences or any of the Physical sciences.
- Master’s Degree Holder
- Minimum Previous Experience:
- Minimum three years of working experience
- Management experiences an advantage
Minimum Additional Training:
- PC proficiency
- Good knowledge of ICT
Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge in site acquisition for Telecom infrastructure business
- Preferably worked in telecom Industry site acquisition
- Must be familiar with Purchase / Lease terms and requirements, zoning, permitting, regulatory and jurisdictional forms and requirement
- Ability to travel on short notice.
