Oversee our clients' digital paid marketing operations, including campaign setup, data analysis, and reporting.
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset to drive optimal performance across our marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a weekly review of account structure and campaign set-up to ensure they align with strategic objectives.
Analyse data from various sources (Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Google Analytics) to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive bi-weekly reports with actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
Ensure accurate data points across all platforms and support setting up and tracking relevant events for comprehensive analytics.
Identify high-performing channels and placements and recommend allocating marketing budget and resources based on data-driven insights.
Analyse results for budget spent, achievement of KPIs, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Determine the optimal design, copy, and budget for future campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role, with a solid understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices across various platforms
Highly analytical with strong data analysis skills, able to interpret campaign metrics and adjust accordingly
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other marketing team members.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adjust, and AppsFlyer.
Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
