Job Summary

• You are responsible for maintaining orderliness at the counter, you also make sure that all products are duly paid for and billed by the Customer Care Personnel, to prevent cash as well as product shortages.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain orderliness at the counter area.


• Monitor the customer care personnel, in order to prevent fraudulent acts therein, inform the Internal Security Officer on duty, to issue out statement form to the suspect and subsequently pass such information to the office of the SC, for further investigation.


• Carryout search on all CCPs before they can be allowed to leave the counter area , to prevent stealing.


• Verify products sold to customers to detect error (unbilled products) committed by the CCP, make corrections and document such on a daily basis.


• Report all forms of rudeness at the counter by CCPs to customers, this is communicated to the manager on duty/SC.


• Write monthly report to the SC on all issues captured during the month, for managerment decision.

QualificationRequired

• OND / SSCE


• 1 to 3 years maximum experience in security Operations


• 35 to 40 years of age


• Female Gender precisely.
