Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets for cloud solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cloud computing market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored cloud solutions to meet those
- needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and
- resolving issues promptly.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cloud technologies and services offered by Cybercloud Platform Limited.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of cloud solutions and their applications to various industries.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, monitor progress, and achieve sales goals.
- Provide support and assistance to junior sales team members.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and product development,
- to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in cloud sales or IT sales, preferably within the cloud computing sector.
